Reflexology Session - 1hr +

A focused pressure technique applied to reflexes of the feet that correspond to specific organs and systems of the body.
The feet provide a map to the whole.

Encourages an increase in parasympathetic regulation. Improves circulation, relaxation, quality of sleep, overall homeostasis, and emotional release.

Certified with the Ontario College of Reflexology 2025.

Palliative Massage

We take all conditions and injuries seriously and use a gentle and trauma-informed approach in our practice.
